Here is the MissFit's bootcamp cover story from May 2008 issue of "O". It is so well written by Geraldine Brooks (Pulitzer Prize winning author!) In the article she outlines her quest to find a workout regime that would work for her, and she does with my bootcamp. I feel so grateful to work with such amazing women on a daily basis, there have been so many new friendships and connections that would maybe never have happened if it were not for this amazing hour we spend together laughing telling stories and getting FIT!!
