WHAT IS BOOTIECAMP?

NisaFit Bootcamp is an exciting exercise program that will challenge both the beginner and the seasoned fitness enthusiast. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by a Certified Fitness Instructor. The program is a 4-week OUTDOOR fitness class that is one hour per day Monday through Friday at 6:00 am. In the winter camps are held indoors. See our schedule for details. Everyday is different. You will be challenged with strength training, cardio drills, calisthenics, fitness games, obstacle courses and much more! This isn’t a gym or your average fitness class! We work out in the fresh air and you will get more done by 7:00am than most of your friends will do all day! If you need a jump start, motivation, and or accountability. Then this experience is for you!

NisaFit camps meet at the instructors choice every morning, we use beaches parks,bike trails,hills,sand pits, you name it we will figure out a fun new workout day after day.

Why is this better then joining a gym?

There is nothing wrong with joining a gym. But let me ask you this, are you getting what you want from that experience? Do you find yourself wandering around or leaving feeling like you didn’t accomplish much? Do you have someone pushing you to your best? At NisaFit you will be told what to do, when to do it, how long to do it for and why you’re doing it, all outside in the fresh air. The hour is packed with fun and challenging drills and flies by!

If you're like most women and men, you have a lot to do!

Whether it be going to work, getting the kids off to school, working around the house, or whatever. You OWE yourself some “Me Time”! You’re probably always helping everyone else do something. You need to take care of YOU first! You will feel energized when the workout is done!

DO THE INSTRUCTORS YELL AT YOU LIKE IN REAL BOOT CAMP?

No! Yes, it’s called “Boot Camp” but there is no yelling. Don’t mistake that for being a walk in the park! We will push you to YOUR limit at times. We will inspire, encourage, teach and even make you laugh! This will be the best fitness experience you will ever have!

NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Men and Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. You will inspire and be inspired by others.
